CIF State Football Championships

Tickets: $15 for adults, $10 for children, students and seniors. Tickets are available only through GoFan at gofan.co

Parking: $5 at Saddleback College, $3 at Fullerton Union High School District Stadium (Friday only), Long Beach City College, $10

Repeaters: This year’s games feature nine schools with State titles: San Francisco Balboa, Fresno Central, Concord De La Salle, Sacramento Grant, Lincoln, Santa Ana Mater Dei, Oxnard Pacifica, Peteluma St. Vincent de Paul and Fairfield Vaden.

Second try: Three schools return for a second try at a state title: El Capitan, Palmdale Highland and Pittsburg.

First-timers: 18 schools are making their first State appearance: Amador Valley, American Canyon, Arcata, Carmel, Huntington Beach Edison, Bakersfield Frontier, Lindsay, Monte Vista, Hayward Moreau Catholic, Palmdale, Palos Verdes, Whittier Pioneer, Irvine Portola, Arcadia Rio Hondo Prep, Sonora, Downey St. Pius X-St. Matthias, Tuolumne Summerville and Twelve Bridges.
